Introduction

The above caravans are located on Trenance Caravan Park, Edgcumbe Avenue, Newquay.

Pre-Arrival

• We have an extensive website with exterior and internal pictures of the caravans. www.newquaycaravans.co.uk.
• Bookings and enquiries can be made by email, telephone or letter.
• A map showing the situation of the site is included on our brochure and details are included on web advertisements.
• The nearest railway station is in Newquay.
• The nearest bus stop is opposite the site at Trenance Gardens.
• This access statement is available on our website and in the Welcome Folder situated in each of the caravans.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• All caravans are located in the first campsite field.
• Keys can be collected from reception during opening hours or individual arrangements can be made when arriving outside of office hours.
• A car can be parked on the grass outside each caravan.

Entrance

• Access to the caravan is by a single door 70cms wide. Each caravan has up to 3 steps up to the caravan each of approximately 10cms in height.
• The door accesses into the main living/kitchen areas.
• A Welcome Folder is located in the lounge area and complimentary leaflet pack describing local attractions will be situated on the table.
• A Welcome Tray with tea/coffee, milk and biscuits is awaiting you on your arrival to the caravans.

Main Living Areas

• All caravans have an open planned kitchen/dining/lounge area.
• The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people with full oven, fridge with freezer box and microwave oven. Work tops and the cooker height are 90cms.
• A dining area is located with in the living area.
• The lounge has comfortable settee areas. Each caravan has a colour T.V. Some caravans have DVD Players and a selection of DVD’s.
• A Selection of novels are available for you to borrow during your stay in the caravans. If you are unable to finish them before you leave please feel free to exchange them for one of your own.
• The lounge area has a pull out double bed.

Toilet and Shower room.

• Located opposite the entrance to the caravan, access door is 55cms wide.
• There is a shower cubicle which you have to step into.
• The floor surface is either carpeted or vinyl depending on caravan.
• There is a mirrored medicine cabinet located above the wash basin.

Bedrooms.

• Each caravan has 2 bedrooms.
• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
• Bedroom 2 has twin beds with wardrobe cupboard and bedside table.
• Bedding is available for hire at a cost of £5 per bed.
• Internal doors to bedrooms measure 55cms wide.

Public Areas

• Facilities on the caravan site include Shop, Games Room, Laundry Room, Restaurant and Take away food outlet. Cots for hire from site office.

Public Toilets and Showers

• These facilities are located at the top of the first field.

Additional Information

• Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in letting caravans.
• Bookings accepted from families and couples only.
• No bookings accepted from single sex groups and from couples under 21.

Refurbishments 2008

• New carpet throughout caravan 197.
• New fridges for caravans 192, 197, 201.
• Renewing caravan 192.
• New microwaves caravan 192 197.
• New crockery caravans 192, 197.

Refurbishments 2009

• Replacement of carpet in caravan 201and 197
• Replacing crockery in caravan 196.
• Renewing cushions where appropriate.
• Freeview television.
• General renewal of equipment that is not up to standard.
• Replacement of all curtains in caravans 197 and some in 196.
• Re upholstery of seating area in caravan 201 and 197.
